2020 has been an extraordinary year and our Year 11 students have demonstrated their strength of character and good humour in the most challenging of circumstances. Following the cancellation of the 2020 summer exam season, this year’s cohort have been awarded grades by the exam boards, based on information supplied by the school. In this unprecedented year our Year 13 students have demonstrated their resilience in the most challenging of circumstances. As the 2020 summer exam season was cancelled, this year’s cohort have been awarded grades by the exam boards, based on information supplied by the school. Last year, we celebrated the best results in the history of the school; this has once again been repeated. We thank students, staff, governors and parents for all of the hard work and support on our journey. There were 140 students taking GCSEs in 2019. The school was ranked the fourth state school in the country for GCSE performance in The Times. We congratulate Year 13 on an outstanding set of results. The students have achieved the highest percentage of A* grades in the history of the school. 58% of all grades were A*/A 28% of all grades were A* 82% of all grades were A*/B 18 students achieved 4 A*/A grades, including EPQ and a further 17 achieved 3 A*/A grades. CCHSG One of the Highest Performing Schools

CCHSG is one of the highest performing schools in England winning national awards for both attainment and student progress. In March 2020 CCHSG received three Educational Outcomes Awards for exceptional 2019 results from the Schools, Students and Teachers network (SSAT).
