We have a unique and rare opportunity to appoint a dynamic and innovative teacher of
Mathematics to support the Head of Mathematics in leading the Mathematics Department, take
responsibility for Key Stage 5 and teach Mathematics throughout the school at Key Stages 3, 4
and 5.

Our students are high achievers who are focused, hardworking and self-motivated; many go on to
further study at top universities. Progress 8 is outstanding with the latest figure of +1.01, ranking
the school as one of the highest achieving state schools in the country.

Colchester County High School for Girls is a selective girls’ grammar school and part of the Alpha
