Charity No. 1110464

STOCK NEEDED: Do you have CCHSG uniform, PE kit etc. that your daughter has outgrown and which is in good condition? If so, please donate it to the PTFA for resale. We particularly hope that Year 11 parents will donate the uniform that their daughters no longer need as they progress on to Sixth Form.

We are also grateful for donations of 11 Plus, SATs, GCSE and A Level revision books.

CCHSG PTFA has been running very successful Second Hand Uniform Sales since 2016 and this great initiative has helped many families. The scheme was particularly helpful when the COVID-19 pandemic caused a severe shortage of supplies at retailers. Between July 2020 and September 2021, we sold over £14,000 worth of uniform. We sell our stock of uniform at very affordable prices and the proceeds allow the PTFA to fund additional equipment and resources for departments across the school.

Where to deliver donations?

In line with guidelines relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, your donation of goods can be deposited into wheelie bins, which are both clearly marked and situated to the left of the reception entrance at the school. Please place items in the depositories provided between Monday-Thursday only. This is to allow 72 hours for the clothes and books to become sterile and they will be collected and sorted by the PTFA every Monday morning. Thank you in advance for responding to this appeal.

When to donate?

We will accept donations at any time throughout the year. Please make sure items are clean and in good condition.

When will second hand uniform be on sale to parents?

Sales are held every term and parents will be notified of upcoming sale dates via the PTFA section at the end of the weekly Parent Bulletin, via Classlist and on social media.
