A Level Examination Results

Mrs Gillian Marshall, Executive Principal said:

“We are immensely proud of all the work and achievements of our students. Overall the academic attainment of the students this year is outstanding and their exceptional results represent the culmination of many years spent studying.

Each year around a quarter of our Sixth Form students join us in Year 12 from other local secondary schools. Credit is due for the foundation they received at these schools which, in addition to the support at CCHSG, helped them to achieve excellent A level results.

We would particularly like to recognise the way in which all our Year 13 as a Year Group have contributed much to the school community, demonstrating their caring attitude for others and taking on leadership roles throughout the school. They have shown creativity, perseverance and determination.

The students can be very proud of the hard work and commitment which has led to the superb examination results they have achieved. These outstanding results form a stepping stone to future success. We wish all our Year 13 students every happiness as they progress on to the next exciting stage of their lives.

We wholeheartedly thank our dedicated, innovative and hard-working staff, who have continued throughout difficult times with positivity and humour.  We are grateful to our parents and governors for their unstinting support.

We look forward to welcoming the majority of Year 11 back in the Sixth Form in September.”
